Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active okbe account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or identification documents — is strictly prohibited. okbe reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with accounts found to be in violation of this policy.
okbe is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by okbe for verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbe account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
okbe strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify okbe immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okbe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all gaming activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you, unless you have notified okbe of a security breach in accordance with the procedure set out in these Terms.
okbe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be accepted subject to availability. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Note: okbe does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount at okbe is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction. okbe does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to fund your okbe account. okbe reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawal processing times are estimated at 3 to 8 minutes for GCash and PayMaya for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
okbe is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). okbe reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. Players are prohibited from using the okbe platform for any purpose other than legitimate gaming entertainment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
okbe's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your okbe account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okbe does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbe makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose or the accuracy of any information contained therein.

okbe reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if okbe reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Upon termination of your account for cause, okbe reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real-money funds held in your account pending investigation. Real-money funds in accounts closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your okbe account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
okbe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okbe will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the okbe platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with okbe informally by contacting our customer support team. okbe will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
Players who believe their dispute involves a regulatory matter may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the official channels established by that body.
